Ever since my teenage years, I have been searching for the best acne scarring treatment that works.  I never knew how difficult it would be to find information on what actually works out there.  We are constantly bombarded with benzoyl peroxide products and laser skin resurfacing, but these are not what worked for me.

It all started when I was a young kid in high school.  I think I was around the age of 14.  I was going through puberty and my skin was starting to break out a little bit on my face.  At this age, I didn’t have any acne on my back or anywhere else on my body besides my face.  It wasn’t until a few years later when I started to notice that my back was beginning to break out.

This began my journey of when I began to look for scarring treatment.  Like an idiot, I was popping my pimple and being pretty damn aggressive towards them.  Listen to my advice: do not pop your acne unless you know for sure that they need to be popped.  Give them a few days to mature.  If it bleeds a lot, it wasn’t ready.

Stay away from those laser skin resurfacing treatments.  You don’t need those for acne scarring treatment.  That laser therapy is for people with deep scars, possibly on the face, that is causing them to look significantly different.  The best way for acne scar removal that I learned on my journey was to stop listening to all the TV acne scar cream products and acne remedies that you can buy over the counter.

So believe me when I say that there are more efficient ways in finding the best acne scarring treatment.  I’ve been there for awhile and have tried almost everything out there.  I want you to know that there is a lot of information about scar home remedies that you may read about.  While it’s nice to find information like this, most of these remedies aren’t worth wasting your precious time with.

The best part about this scar treatment that I discovered is that it works for all types of scars.  The reason why I based my blog around acne scars is because that was what I suffered with.  If you have keloids scars for example, this scar treatment will work for you as well.

I was a lucky individual.  I didn’t suffer from dermabrasion acne scars.  Luckily, the treatment I use works well for these types of scars.  If you suffer from subcision acne scars, fear not – the treatment will help you too!
