1. Revitol

revitol acne scar creamAt the time of this writing, Revitol has become my favorite scar cream of them all (and I’ve tried everything I feature on this website).

I first wrote up a lengthy Revitol review earlier this month so check that out if you interested in how I used it to remove my most embarrassing scars.

My scars continue to fade day after day.

I think with this type of acne scarring treatment, it works better and better the more you use it accordingly.  I use it twice a day on my most prevalent acne scars and it’s working.

I first found Revitol about 5 months ago when I was performing more research on skin care products, particularly ones that remove scars – it’s pretty much one of my passions these days seeing how I still have scars from years ago.

I tend to get that cystic acne from time to time and they always leave behind these ugly dark red spots on my skin. I read on a forum that Revitol works for these types of marks.

I went ahead and started testing Revitol for a month to see if it would work and low and behold – it worked pretty damn well.

In about 2 weeks, some of my darkest spots were completely gone. I was shocked and amazed at the same time because the other products featured below never worked that fast.

I haven’t figured out what the secret ingredient in Revitol is, but you can rest assured that when I do I’m going to mass produce my own scar healing treatment.

The best price that I’ve been able to find for Revitol is on their official website.  Click here to check it out.

They also provide free shipping which is always a plus when ordering products on the internet and shows that the company truly cares about their customers.

2. Zenmed Acne Scar Treatment Kit

Zenmed Acne Scar Treatment KitThe Zenmed scar treatment kit is much more than just a scar removal product – it also is the best out of all the creams I’ve tried for the skin.

Like any acne scar cream, it’s not going to work overnight. You’re going to need to apply it to your acne scars each and every day for at least a couple of weeks.

I seemed to notice results within the first few weeks of using it. I had a real nasty scar on my chin from a bad cystic acne. It was one of those big ones that like to sit under your skin for months and months.

I hate these types of cystic acne scars because while the pimple is under your skin for months, you can’t really do anything about it. Once it actually goes away, it tends to leave behind a nasty scar.

For this particular scar, I bought the complete Zenmed kit and tested it for this scar of mine.

The best place to buy Zenmed is at their official website as well. Click here to visit the website and check out other user reviews.

After about 3 weeks, it was very noticeable that the scar was starting to fade. The more I used it, the faster it faded.

I can’t really say anything bad about this treatment kit because it did work for me. It’s just that I now use Revitol more than any other right now.

I still get acne on a weekly basis it seems with the occasional cyst coming to haunt my skin. I hate them with a passion and I am still actively searching for a remedy for these, one that doesn’t require a prescription.

3. Mederma

I used Mederma for a few months and I definitely saw some results.  It wouldn’t have a high rating on Amazon and other websites if it didn’t work.

Easily becoming one of the most popular scar creams on the market, this isn’t just a cream for acne scars – it is now advertised as an all around scar healing treatment that can reduce the appearance of the most prominent scars.

This is good news if you suffer from acne scars – it’s strong stuff and acne scars aren’t that permanent compared to bigger, larger scars you get from other such ‘life’ experiences.

Merderma can be applied any time through out the day to your scars. The more you apply it, the faster your tube will run out.

I apply Mederma to my scars twice a day – one in the morning after my shower and once at night right before bed.

That way, the cream will be on my scars throughout the day and night giving me the best possible results.

The most recent advertisement I saw for Mederma was for a deep scar that the person got from a serious cut.  Now obviously it’s marketing and staged, but it goes to show you that they believe in their product for handling the toughest of scars.

I order my Mederma online at The Dermstore. It’s the best price I’ve been able to find after lots of searching.

It is also available in stores but the product I saw in the store was a smaller tube than the one I got online and more expensive.

However, if you’re in desperate need for a scar cream, then head on down to your local Walgreens and pick up a tube. You can be applying it to your skin starting tonight and you will see improvements over time.

The goal is that one of these 3 products will work for you. There are other acne scar medications and creams available, but these are the ones that work the best from my experience.

I have also written separate reviews for each and every one of these products and I will continue to add more and more products as I use them.
